KASI announces a proposal call for the tentative use of Korean time of EAO (East Asian Observatory, previously JCMT) before its main operation (possibly on June 1st, 2015) as follows.

1. Proposer qualification : Any researcher affiliated at Universities or institutes in Korea can his/her proposal
2. Dead line : Jan. 15, 17:30 KST, 2015
3. Submission to : eao_jcmt@kasi.re.kr
4. Proposal form : Please use a word file for your cover page as attached. But parts for Science & Technical Justification can be written with any editor. Maximum pages for the proposal are 2 pages (with additional 1 page for figures). Please your proposal including the cover page in a single PDF file.
5. Observing period : Feb. 1st - May 31st, 2015
6. Maximum request time : Within 12h - 24h per one proposal. In case that total request time exceeds our allocated one for Korea, the request time in each proposal can be reduced through an evaluation process of the proposals.
