Celebrating the centenary of the publication of Einstein’s Theory of General Relativity, the year 2015 has been proclaimed as the International Year of Light and light-based technologies (IYL 2015) by the UN General Assembly on 20 Dec. 2015.

KASI is taking this opportunity to communicate with the institutions involved to the topics of light and to present our research activities to the society. At KASI, light is the collection of informations about the celestial objects and contains profound history about the universe.
