We present a method to improve the radial velocity measurements accuracy by using telluric lines. In general, absorption cells which are a superimposed wavelength reference used to measure the radial velocity. Telluric lines can be also good a big absorption cell to estimate the wavelength scale shift over the detector of the spectrograph. Although these are in complementary relations, we expect that the measuring method with telluric lines have the advantages on future instruments. Therefore we show the precise radial velocity technique with telluric lines.
