4) Shipping terms: FOB Incheon Airport

5) A joint contract is not possible

2. Registration of Intent and Submission of Proposal

1) Registration of Intent: submission by signed ‘Letter of Intent’ and ‘Non-Disclosure Agreement’ / by 30th October, 2023 18:00 in Korean local time / by e-mail, registered post, courier or fax

※ Since this project is a security project designated by the Korean government, the applicant shall submit NDA that signifies compliance with security requirements of KASI.

※ An applicant who already made the Non-Disclosure Agreement with KASI shall submit only signed Letter of Intent(not need to submit NDA again).

2) Distribution of RFP: KASI will provide RFP by email only to the applicants who made the NDA with KASI in time / on 31th October, 2023, 10:00 am in Korean local time

3) Bid Closing Date and Time: 6 th November, 2023 15:00 in Korean local time
